About this service
Our Registered Nurse provides front line health care services, mental health crisis support and short term case management for clients within the Dundas and Sherbourne area, community members facing struggles such as homelessness, street involvement, psychosocial stressors, mental and substance abuse. Through coordination with healthcare facilities and community partnerships we offer health promotion through workshops and social recreational events, health promotion and community development. Our nursing program also recognizes the importance of pet therapy in the reduction of social isolation.
