About this service

In our senior preschool program, we help prepare children to enter into full-day kindergarten programs in schools. We do this by enhancing independence, problem solving and social skills. This program offers an open creative shelf, sensory, science and cognitive activities, a dramatic play centre, a computer centre and a music listening centre.
Each day starts with a short welcoming circle that includes discussing the calendar, a weather chart and a number line. Children receive an introduction to the activities they will experience in the school curriculum once they began kindergarten. During circle time, children can enjoy puppet shows, baking, music and singing.
