Ukrainian Canadian Care CentreThe Ukrainian Canadian Care Centre is an ethno-specific, 152-bed, long-term care home located in Toronto. We are committed to achieving excellence in service delivery in a setting that is sensitive and respectful to the cultural and spiritual needs of everyone we serve.
Our interdisciplinary professional healthcare team includes: physicians, nurses, physiotherapist and physiotherapist assistant, a dietician, pharmacists, a recreation therapist and social workers, who focus on the needs of our residents and improve quality of life in a culturally sensitive caring environment.
