About this organization
StepStones for Youth was founded in 2004 in response to the critical need for preventative intervention programs for vulnerable young people. StepStones executives have extensive experience working in residential camp settings, community programs, and various programs for children in care. A team of dedicated professionals has created a vision for a program that includes an overnight summer camp as well as extended programming throughout the school year for youth who need it most. There were many late nights, working weekends, and a tremendous amount of volunteer support to turn the dream into a reality. Each year, StepStones grows a little more, and we are thankful for the support of those who believe in StepStones.
