About this organization
IAVGO is a charitable not-for-profit community-based legal clinic that has provided free legal services to injured workers in Ontario since 1975. Representation of injured worker at Administrative Tribunal hearings; summary legal advice, and assistance to injured workers in Ontario and to Representatives of injured workers, training to other injured worker reps and injured workers; production of public legal educational materials. Provide educational materials and publications to assist in the representation of injured workers. We also continue to run a satellite clinic that is staffed by students from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. The students carry a case load and obtain hands-on experience in representing injured workers.
