Ethiopian Association in the Greater Toronto Area and Surrounding Regions

Ethiopian Association in the Greater Toronto Area and Surrounding Regions is a non-political, non-profit, independent, community-based organization that provides settlement and social services to people of Ethiopian origin and others since November 1980. After its incorporation as a Not-for-Profit and Charitable Organization in 1981, it has greatly expanded its programs and services, diversified its work-forces, and enhanced its outreach activities. The Association is committed to facilitate the full participation of all persons of Ethiopian origin in the social, cultural, and civic life of Canada, and to the preservation and promotion of their rich and diverse cultural heritage. The Association's programs and services are provided without discrimination on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, age, ethnic origin, creed, political affiliation, religion, physical or mental disability.
