The Dandelion Initiative is led by survivors of sexual violence for survivors of sexual violence. We prioritize the voices of women, 2SLGBTQ+ survivors, racialized and marginalized survivors and we believe in the power of education as a form of resistance to violence. We work under an intersectional, trauma-informed framework and apply survivor-centric practices to all of our work.
The goal of the Dandelion Initiative is to serve as a survivor-led source of education and training with the intention to prevent and respond to sexual and gender-based violence in the workplace and in our communities.
