About this service
The Outpatient Mental Health Program (OPMH) provides brief therapy and educational programs to clients coping with mental illness. Nurses and social workers work with the individual to set goals for therapy and utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions to help individuals reach their goals. Trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, our clinicians accept referrals from physicians or primary care practitioners within the Cochrane District, and from the Timmins and District Hospital's Crisis Team.
