About this service
The goal of the Mental Health Program is to assist you in seeking mental health wellness. The Strategy combines traditional and mainstream programs and services to help improve Indigenous health and reduce family violence.
This program promotes mental, spiritual, emotional, and physical balance with a focus on the social causes of mental health. The Mental Health team participates in the ongoing planning, development, evaluation, and modification of a comprehensive range of services including prevention programs for Indigenous women and their families including children and youth.
