About this service
Northern College Employment Options Emploi is available to all employers who operate and manage a registered business in Ontario. This program makes your hiring decisions easier, while reducing your training costs. Our Consultants will help you: Meet your recruiting needs; save time and money by screening candidates; provide on-going support. Access to a listing of motivated candidates eager to demonstrate their capabilities, training focused on your needs and wage subsidies to offset the costs of training new employees. Registered businesses in the province of Ontario; planning to hire one or more employees; not involved in lay-off; required to maintain adequate third party liability coverage; insured under Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) or equivalent; required to comply with the Occupational Health and Safety legislation and the Employment Standards Act.
