About this service
The CDSP provides employment assistance and support for people with disabilities in order to help them enter or re-enter the workforce. The program connects people with disabilities to sustainable, competitive employment by providing the supports they need to get a job, keep a job and/or advance in their careers. The Community Disability Support Program offers people the opportunity to work, become independent and reach their employment potential. Eligible clients may receive help with on the job training, job placement support, job coaching and employment and training supports. This program is affiliated with the Ontario Disability Support Program under the Ministry of Community and Social Services.
