About this service
Personal support and homemaking services can be provided to adults with physical disabilities through the Outreach Program. Attendant Outreach can be provided in an individuals home, work place or educational institution.
Services include:
- assistance with personal hygiene
- bowel and bladder care
- rising from/retiring to bed
- assistance with eating
- mobility and transferring
- meal preparation
- exercises
Outreach Services allows adults with physical disabilities to structure and schedule their activities of daily living thereby reducing dependence on family and friends.
This program is also funded 100% through the Ministry of Health Long Term Care Division.
