About this service
In accordance with the Ministry of Health and Public Health Protocols, the TBDHU is excited to offer free children's vision screening for senior kindergarten (SK) students in all elementary schools in Thunder Bay and District each school year. Vision screening looks for signs of potential vision problems in children. School-based vision screening allows for all children to be checked for signs of eye problems so they can be treated in a timely manner.
