About this service
Local and regional high school students attend a half-day to full-day program at the hospital. They receive injury prevention presentations from multiple community partners and also visit areas in the hospital such as the emergency department and simulation lab. The goal of the In-Hospital P.A.R.T.Y. Program is to educate youth about the risks associated with alcohol and drug consumption, in order to empower youth to make safer choices for themselves. Classes of up to approximately 30 students may attend this option of programming.
