The Indigenous Youth Transitional Housing Project is designed to support urban Indigenous youth and young adults ages 18 - 29 experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness, as well as youth living with mental health and addictions to transition into independence. Core Components: Provide responsive individualized services to youth and young adults Support youth and young adults in identifying, accessing, and navigating adult service systems relevant to their housing needs and transition to adulthood Focuses on using culturally focused, strengths-based and trauma-informed approaches
