Youth Outreach Workers can provide assistance to those experiencing homelessness or at risk of homeless through direct supports and system navigation. This can include direct supports through food security, transportation assistance, and obtaining warm clothing. System navigation can include completing applications for housing, rent supplements, and other resources to gain stable housing.

Eligibility: 18 - 29 years of age Experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness Living with mental health and/or addictions
