Children's Centre Thunder Bay - Preschool Speech & Language Program

This program delivers speech and language services for preschool children and their families, from birth to entry into Senior Kindergarten. Speech Language Pathologists and Communicative Disorders Assistants provide assessment and therapy to support children with their communication development in a variety of community settings. Therapy is geared towards a child's individual needs and goals, and family involvement is encouraged. Children's Centre Thunder Bay works with families to answer questions, as well as to provide strategies to practice at home.

Referrals for this program are accepted from parents and legal guardians, as well as third parties (such as educators, child care providers, and physicians). No screening is necessary in order to make a referral.
