About this service
Passport is a client/family direct funded program of MCCSS and accessed through Developmental Services Ontario. Through this program the client or family can self direct individualized supports. Clients or families may hire independent staff or agency staff to provide direct supports. Avenue II is registered with PassportONE and for a small administrative fee can bill directly for services offered. Avenue II offers trained and competent staff who meet MCCSS requirements for support.
