Single Session
- The focus of a single session is determined by each clients unique needs.
- Whether coping with a challenging situation, inquiring about services, or looking for an understanding or non-judgmental ear, our mental health counsellors are trained to help clients find their personal path forward in a direction that aligns with what is important to them.
