  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a relatively new form of therapy which helps you relate differently to your feelings and thoughts. The aim of ACT is to maximize human potential for a rich and meaningful life.
  • We are always be accepting new referrals for future groups or to keep your name on a cancellation list. Please dont hesitate to contact us!

Single Session

  • The focus of a single session is determined by each clients unique needs.
  • Whether coping with a challenging situation, inquiring about services, or looking for an understanding or non-judgmental ear, our mental health counsellors are trained to help clients find their personal path forward in a direction that aligns with what is important to them.
  • Wednesdays from 9:00am 12:00pm, Must call to register starting at 8:45am
