COVID 19 Update: Offices are open, telephone and virtual visits are available for most other appointments.
The Niagara North Family Health Team offers our patients a team approach to health care. Our team includes patients, family doctors, social workers, dietitians, nurses, nurse practitioners as well as a physician assistant, respiratory therapist and psychiatrist. In addition, the Niagara North Family Health Team is home to a Diabetes Education Program, which provides ongoing support and education to individuals with type II diabetes. As a team, we work together to come up with the best possible plan for the health and wellness of our patients.
