About this service
After Stroke Virtual Community Conversation (Tuesday session)
Connect with stroke survivors and caregivers across Canada in our Community Conversation. It's a place where you can share knowledge, resources, challenges, and triumphs, and remember that you're not alone. Join survivors and caregivers from all over Canada to meet, share knowledge and resources.
Virtual Stroke Recovery Program (Wednesdays & Fridays weekly)
Exercise your brain and body every Wednesday with our virtual Stroke Recovery Program. You'll enjoy brain exercises, discussion, and a chair exercise while connecting with other stroke survivors. Keep yourself active mentally and physically.
Chair Exercises for Stroke Recovery (Tuesday and/or Thursday)
Join us for a free one-hour chair exercise session led by a certified fitness trainer.
