About this service
The Supportive Independent Living Program provides support to adults with a developmental difference to live in the community.
People supported by the Supportive Independent Living Program have many lifeskills however require some assistance to maintain and foster independent living.
Supports for each person are based on individual need.
Supportive Independent Living Services:
- Household tasks (groceries, cooking, cleaning)
- Problem solving
- Accessing community resources
- Recreation and leisure opportunities
- Medication management
- Money management and budgeting
- Goal setting
- Self advocacy
- Healthy relationships
- Support with medical appointments
- 24h emergency response
