About this service
Our Gutsy Support program provides an opportunity to connect with Crohn's and Colitis Canada support staff and other individuals affected by IBD, to get information about living with IBD, advice, and emotional support.
One-on-one peer support: Our online peer-to-peer program provides mentoring and support to people affected by Crohn's or colitis. Applicants to the program are matched with experienced individuals (mentors) who have been affected by Crohn's or colitis. Mentors can share their experiences, provide advice and emotional support for dealing with everyday living with IBD.
Online group peer support: Drop-in during our online group support to connect with others living with or caring for someone with Crohns and colitis.
Expert Q&A: Search among hundreds of answers to questions from people affected by Crohn's and colitis, that are approved by experts in the field of IBD.
