About this service
All face to face services are closed to the public. However we are maintaining emergency food security. We are accepting donations of Food and Funds at this time.
Within the agency social distancing is in practice. Regular hygiene (ie: hand washing, cleaning of any surfaces, etc) is practiced diligently by staff still on premises. We are following the guidelines of Niagara Public Health and Food Banks Canada.
We are providing emergency bags of food through our client services door. Identification is required. Our inventory is stable at the moment, however we are going through 8 skids of food per day and may have to adjust amounts distributed in the future.
If you are in need of clothing, you can call Community Care (905-685-1349) and place a clothing order. As we are still not able to accommodate shops in the space inside, items will be selected and bagged by staff. Everything has been washed. Pick up will be arranged for a designated time frame.
