We are offering various learning opportunities online to help families and friends continue to stay connected and enhance their knowledge of dementia.
Caregiver Support Group and Coffee Hour
- Do you feel alone on your journey as a care partner to someone who is living with dementia? Join other care partners for peer support and to learn new strategies that may help to decrease your stress.
Evening Support Group
- Do you feel alone on your journey as a care partner to someone who is living with dementia? Join other care partners for peer support and to learn new strategies that may help to decrease your stress.
Men's Social & Support Group
- This online group is for male care partners of individuals living with dementia. Each group will be facilitated by one of our counselling staff.
Young Onset Dementia Care Partner Group
- This online facilitated group is intended to connect people who are caring for a person living with Young Onset Dementia
