About this service
Chemical Dependency is progressive and typically follows a predictable course. Left to its own devices it will consume and destroy the physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual and social well-being of the person caught in its grasp. The progression can usually be observed by others such as family, friends, and/or physicians. The affected person usually views the increased physical trauma, shifting mood swings, loss of family, friends and/or employment as caused by forces beyond their control.
The destructive pattern can be stopped. Education, intervention, and/or treatment has guided many individuals to move in new directions. Individuals learn to develop rewarding lifestyles which include good physical and emotional health, and renewed emotional and spiritual well-being.
