About this service
The mental health and justice supportive housing program provides support to persons being released from correctional facilities, whether on remand or detained, and people who are on mental health court diversion plans. The main goal of this program is to reduce pressures on the criminal justice system and help those in need. The program includes two components case management and rent supplements.
