About this service
Residential Services
Community Living York South provides residential services to adults who have an intellectual disability to promote and encourage independence, exercise citizenship, and self determination in their community. Residential services provide direct support up to 24 hours, 7 days/week.
Supported Independent Living Services:
The SIL program provides an average of 4 hours of staff assistance each week to people who are living on their own in an apartment or other living arrangements. The program supports each person in their activities of daily living and to develop/strengthen relationships, networks and other social supports to optimize safety and independence within their community.
The HUB
Through a collaborative partnership with the Ontario March of Dimes, The HUB complex care model offers individuals and families with services in an inclusive living option in Richmond Hill.
