COVID-19 UPDATE - At this time, I am only offering telephone and video conferencing therapy. Life is good! Until it's not. We all go through times which bring challenge, anxiety, doubt, and sadness. In these times, we tend to "put on a brave face" and push and struggle through the day. We expend incredible energy fulfilling our responsibilities and surviving through grit and determination. Often our efforts leave us feeling exhausted, empty, and hopeless. Sometimes they cause us to shut down completely. Counseling is a place where you can take a break from "keeping it all together". You can shelve the demands and pressures weighing on you for a moment. You can rest.
