Counselling & Treatment services are provided at each of our five office sites throughout Hastings and Prince Edward Counties. Our registered clinical staff provide evidence-based psychotherapy that promotes independence, wellness, personal growth, and community living, based on your goals.

Difficult times often require professional support and care. Our clinicians can provide you with the opportunity to work through your difficulties in a safe, confidential, and private setting. Psychotherapy can assist individuals with improving self-esteem, enhancing awareness of feelings and impulses, challenging beliefs and ways of thinking, examining defences, improving communication and relationship skills, managing positive and negative symptoms of psychiatric disorders, and working through difficult issues from the past.
