About this organization
We are a health clinic providing opioid substitution therapy to individuals suffering from the effects of opioid dependence. It is proven that replacement therapies, such as methadone and buprenorphine/naloxone aid in reducing the risks and harmful effects associated with drug use benefiting our clients and our communities.
Our staff also strive to empower clients to address their social needs by way of making referrals to appropriate adjunct community services (i.e. Food banks, emergency shelter, assisted income, family assistance) and by offering harm reduction services such as on-site needle exchange programs. Addressing concurrent disorders including co-dependencies to other substances may also be included in our clients treatment plans.
Our staff consists of physicians, nurses, case managers and support staff all of whom are available to answer your questions.
