About this service
Our housing program operates 5 transitional apartments for homeless youth ages 16-25 in Leeds & Grenville
Our units are located in Prescott, Kemptville, Spencerville and Brockville (2).
Support Services: Youth residing in our apartment units receive extensive case management support from our housing workers. They will be provided with education on life skills, support with information about and referrals to community agencies, and assistance with searching for long-term housing.
Support services will also be provided on an outreach basis for homeless young people who are awaiting our transitional units.
