About this service
As we age, it is important to keep our body active. Often older people do not get enough mobility as much as it would be beneficial to them. This can lead to people becoming stiff, weak, less mobile and at worst bed bound. Clients who dont take action often see a decline in their health, mobility, & independence. This de-conditioning can often lead to the increased likelihood of a fall, which may result in hospitalization.
