Court Advocacy & Court Case Management

• The purpose of this program is to advocate for community alternatives to criminal justice sanctions. Our workers work directly with women who are accused to navigate the criminal justice system and to access resources in the community to address the underlying issues which may have contributed or resulted in criminalization.

The treatment plan will be specific to your needs. It will provide you with goals and help you become stabilized and supported within the community.

Court Case Management services are available to self-identifying women as well as trans and non-binary individuals.

Bail Verification and Supervision Program

• The program is for women, men, and youth who would otherwise quality for bail release but who lack the financial or social supports to secure bail on their own. A supportive community program to assist individuals on bail to seek the programming needed and to support them through their involvement with the criminal court.
