About this organization
The Peterborough Patriots Sports Club provides an opportunity for people with a physical disability to experience the enjoyment of athletic competition and the friendship of sport(s) in both a competitive and recreational setting. They are a fully integrated club consisting of both able-bodied and disabled members, male and female, and ranging in ages from 16 on up. Sports included are athletics, boccia, sledge hockey, wheelchair basketball and wheelchair curling.
