About this organization
Manages the centralized waiting list for subsidized housing in the City and County of Peterborough * subsidized housing, or Rent-Geared-to-Income (RGI) rental units, are funded by government programs and allow eligible tenants to pay reduced rental rates based on their households annual income.
Assists applicants in making selections for area of preference and reviews housing mandates and eligibility criteria with applicants upon request * all applications for Rent-Geared-to-Income (RGI) assistance are processed through the Centralized Wait List once Housing Access Peterborough determines applicant eligibility.
