About this organization
We provide health system navigation, counselling and support to people who are seriously ill as well as to their caregivers. We train, screen, supervise and place volunteers with our clients providing practical, emotional and/or spiritual support. We provide a variety of grief groups for adults, teens and children. We have a lending library with resources relating to palliative care etc. We provide consultation on issues related to palliative pain and symptom management.
