About this organization
The members of Heart to Heart Quilts Lanark County create handmade lap quilts and gift them to members of our community living with debilitating diseases or conditions in order to provide comfort and relief from physical and emotional suffering. Our 35 volunteers work both at home throughout each month and at our gathering place twice a month to enable us to grant the increasing number of requests for quilts that we receive from our community.
