The centres offer the following services to older adults aged 55+ and adults with a disability in West Carleton to help these rural residents remain living independently in their communities:
- Low-cost transportation coordination for rural residents with a K0A, K7S and K2K postal code;
- Meals on Wheels delivery;
- Local volunteer opportunities;

- Information and referral services.
