Operation Come Home offers a diverse range of supportive employment programs designed for youth ages 16 to 29. The primary focus of Operation Come Homes employment programs is to assist participants in preparing, finding and retaining employment in the community. The employment support staffs goals are to provide participants with essential tools and resources to ensure employment success. The staff assist in the provision of the development of new skills, undertaking certifications and workshops and providing supports to participants and employers in the workplace.
