COVID-19 UPDATE: WE CURRENTLY MEET WEEKLY VIRTUALLY on Wednesdays 7pm 9pm
We are a peer-based group for individuals 16+ living with OCD and related disorders. A focus is CBT (cognitive behavior therapy) and ERP (exposure and response prevention) with a general discussion of symptoms, treatment and coping strategies. Several volunteers who live with OCD co-facilitate our group.
