If you need an affidavit sworn or a document reviewed, these community agencies may be able provide that service for free.
Call first to make an appointment and to find out what you need to bring. You should bring the affidavit/document that you need sworn with you, or be clear what information you need in the affidavit/document.
Also bring identification with you. Some agencies require two pieces of signed photo identification.
This service is free of charge for low-income residents of Ottawa. NROCRC is grateful for the kind support and legal knowledge provided on the last Thursday of each month by Peter Stieda, B. Sc., LL.L., LL.B. and on the 2nd Thursday of each month by Nelligan, O'Brien, Payne LLP.
