About this service
Congratulations on your new baby and welcome to the Well Baby Program at Greenbelt Family Health Team! Our team is very excited to have the opportunity to be a part of the first 2 years of your babys life. This program consists of frequent visits with our nurses and doctors, where your baby will be closely monitored. He/she will be weighed and measured, and their growth will be plotted on growth charts for you to see, we will assess your childs developmental milestones, the nurses will offer and administer vaccines, and your doctor will do a physical assessment and answer any of your questions.
