About this service
This program operates Tuesday through Friday and consists of social and recreational activities for those living with early to middle stages of dementia related challenges and includes snacks, nutritious meals, minimal personal support, physical exercise, music, social interactions, mental stimulation, and may include transportation. There are eligibility requirements for this program. For more information please contact us.
