About this service
Information Individual Orientation: Each client is unique. For that reason, you will initially meet a settlement counsellor who will assess your needs in order to guide you through your integration process.
Group Information Session: These group sessions are designed to provide our clients with information that can help their integration process.
Citizenship Class: The settlement program offers a citizenship class to support permanent residents in their process to become Canadian citizen prepare for the exam.
Matching Program: This program, is designed to offer a matching opportunity between newcomers and volunteers in the city of Ottawa.
