About this service
Meet weekly with a home visitor who will support you in preparing yourself to deliver educational workbooks to your child. She will give you activity packets and other resources as well as role play the learning activities with you. HIPPY uses role play as a method of instruction which makes the learning experience fun and builds parents confidence in being their childs best educator. Over the course of the week, the parent will spend 15 minutes a day to reproduce the role-played activities with their child.
The HIPPY program also offers group meetings that are enriching and entertaining for the whole HIPPY family. It is offered in French or in English and can be delivered in other languages based on home visitors language skills.
