LESA Addictions Treatment for Older Adults
Substance Use and Problem Gambling counselling sessions have been moved to telephone sessions.
Harm reduction supplies: will continue to be available on Monday to Thursday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Fridays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m
Online Overcoming Anxiety and Depression group is offered on Thursdays from July 16 until August 6 from 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m.
Online Self-Management And Recovery Training (SMART) is a mutual-support group offered on Mondays and Wednesdays from 1 to 2:30 p.m. For more info, please send an email to Natasha at npopara@centretownchc.org. After the Covid-19 situation, the group will be offered in-person at Orleans-Cumberland Community Resource Centre (240 Centrum Blvd) on Mondays and at The Good Companions Seniors Centre (670 Albert St) on Wednesdays.
