Community Health Promotion and Community Development:
Program and services are being offered remotely.
Dietitian and smoking cessation:
Individual appointments are available by phone until further notice. For smoking cessation clients, nicotine replacement products continue to be available. For nutrition counselling, call 613-233-4443 x 2198. For smoking cessation, call 613-233-4443 x 2108.
Ottawa Good Food Box: The home delivery that was available in April May and June will be changing in July. The Good Food Box will continue to be available for pick-up at CCHC and other locations. Stay tuned for more details.
Volunteer Program: We thank the many community members offering to volunteer and support our shared community. We are coordinating volunteer efforts with our community partners. All Centre volunteer opportunities are on hold until further notice.
