We have a dynamic programs and services for youth, helping them connect with their peers and meet positive mentors and role models.
GET INTO YOUTH EMPLOYABILITY PROGRAM
The get-into model:
Targets skills shortages in specific employment sectors
Supports young people into employment by giving them relevant work experience
Maximizes direct employment outcomes through employer involvement in the development and delivery of the program
We focus on helping NEET youth (not in employment, education or training) aged 18-30 from underserved neighbourhoods across Canada.
Youth drop-ins:
Welcoming drop-in space for youth aged 13 -18 to meet new people and try new activities are run once/twice a week. These drop-ins are the initial contact with youth, additional support are provided based on need.
